My particular specialities include smoking cessation (as I smoked 20-30 cigarettes a day), dealing with acute stress and anxiety, public speaking issues, fear of flying (I used to be Longhaul Air Cabin Crew) and I also work on building your confidence.

Many techniques – one successful outcome The techniques I use include: Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), 3D Mind®, Natural Healing Kinesiology, EmoTrance® (ET) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). However, it is not the techniques which matter – just the results. There are also easy to follow instructions on EFT for you to use for yourself; feel free to print them and use them with my compliments at the EFT page.
