My specialities are smoking cessation and weight loss - dealing with acute stress and anxiety, public speaking phobias, fear of flying and confidence building are some of the other areas of your life that I can help you with, using these tools.  (Also includes; other fears, phobias, food or addictions and pain relief from degenerative conditions such as arthritis.)
