Thank you very much for visiting my website with 'your health in mind'.

I hope that you find all the information you need on many of the treatments I offer that help you to get back the control that may be missing in your life.

The very popular Hypno-Band is now available at my clinic in Burnham.  More details below in the news update.

You can now check your own stress levels against a list of life changes further down on this page to find out whether you are deemed to be 'at risk of ill health'.

My particular specialities include smoking cessation (as I smoked 20-30 cigarettes a day), dealing with acute stress and anxiety, public speaking issues, fear of flying (I used to be Longhaul Air Cabin Crew) and I also work on building your confidence

These are just some of the areas of your life that I can help you with using these tools.

Additionally, I have had lots of success helping clients to overcome other fears or phobias, food or addictions and also had some fantastic results with pain relief from degenerative conditions such as arthritis or multiple sclerosis.

Many of my clients say that I bring 'Quick Positive Changes To Their Moods & Emotions'.  And although it's not magic, some people say it feels like it!

As well as helping clients on a one-to-one basis in my clinic in Burnham near Windsor and Maidenhead, I also work periodically for major corporations in house.  Here I am on the front page of 'The Waitrose Chronicle'.

I ran a few courses for their groups of employees to quit smoking, so they ran a double page spread interviewing one of the successful participants on how it has positively changed his life forever.  If you or your company would like me to run a course tailored to your requirements, like Waitrose, please call me now on 0800 1974 294.

Many techniques – one successful outcome
The techniques I use include: Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), 3D Mind®, Natural Healing Kinesiology, EmoTrance® (ET) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). However, it is not the techniques which matter – just the results.  There are also easy to follow instructions on EFT for you to use for yourself; feel free to print them and use them with my compliments at the EFT page.

If you have an interest in either EFT or EmoTrance and would like to be trained in them, please check out our training courses page, endorsed and accredited by The Association for Meridian Energy Therapies.

HYPNO-BAND (Virtual gastric band)  I am now the officially licensed Hypno-Band Practitioner for the Buckinghamshire/Berkshire borders.  The HYPNO-BAND weight loss system is a non-invasive behaviour changing method using the techniques of hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to create a state of mind where you will believe you actually have a Gastric Band fitted!  You will eat smaller portions and feel full.  The Hypno-Band system is a long term solution to your weight problems.

I have just finished putting the final touches together on an exciting range of books I want to let you know about.

I handpicked each one of them for their specific ability to give you tools and information that will help you to take back control of the areas of your life you want to change, quickly and easily.

Go and see the list on the Exciting Products page and choose which ones suit you best and then just click on the book icon to buy.  Easy!

I look forward to speaking with you soon.
